Editorial Standards
How MedspaGuide sources, qualifies and reviews US medical-aesthetics analysis.
Source policy
Primary sources first
Every regulatory, legal and medical claim in our articles is linked to a primary official source: a federal agency, a state board or authority, or published legislation. We do not rely on secondary summaries when the original is accessible.
Secondary sources (industry reports, academic papers, reputable news) may be referenced for context, but no material claim depends on them alone.
Jurisdiction
State claims stay state-specific
The US medical-aesthetics market is regulated state by state. We do not extrapolate one state's rules across the country. When an article uses California, Texas or Florida as examples, that is all they are — examples. They are not templates for other states.
Independence
No paid verdicts
MedspaGuide does not accept payment for editorial coverage, rankings, reviews or safety determinations. Any future commercial service (directory listing, sponsorship, advertising) will be structurally separated from editorial content and clearly labelled.
No clinic has paid or will pay for inclusion in our analysis. No clinic can buy a favourable conclusion.
